Dead wifii the food is expensive and its hard to communicate with the staff because they have a poor English

The sea view and the cleanness of the room and the quite location
I dislike the fact that if you are going to use a taxi to get to Patong where everything is happening it cost 300 bhat. Also the two bedroom sea view apartment we booked is on the hill and you will need to use stair case to get there and you have to carry your own laggage. Also the outdoor bath tab is not properly working

Pool was good. View was good. Less noise. Security is good.
Staff cannot speak english well. They are not good at cleaning the room. Location was just ok. If you have a car or motorbike it is good. If you have a room with a sea view you have to use three different elevators and it takes time to get in your room.

Friendly and helpful staffs,they always listen what you need.And was accidentally left my cell phone at the front desk and they just keep for me and wait for my call .Highly recommended for their kindness and honest .
Maybe the breakfast can be improve ,to be honest ,not worth the value of the money .
